1. R-loop-forming regions

R-loop-forming regions provide genome-wide human R-loop maps derived from the integration of multiple R-loop mapping technologies. Two types of downloadable files are available: quantitative R-loops (V2 only) and confidence-level R-loop zones (available in both V1 and V2). Quantitative R-loops contain normalized and integrated R-loop scores that reflect the relative support and signal strength across multiple technologies. Confidence-level R-loop zones classify R-loop regions according to the minimum number of independent technologies supporting each region; higher confidence levels indicate more conservative and higher-confidence R-loop-forming regions.

2. R-loop regulators

A protein is considered an R-loop regulator if it binds to, stabilizes, resolves, or degrades RNA hybrids, or if the levels of R-loops or RNA hybrids are altered upon chemical or genetic manipulation of the protein. The downloadable files provide gene lists, GTEx and TCGA tissue expression profiles, and the potential targeted R-loop regions of curated R-loop regulators.
