Description

This track integrates XR-seq datasets to map genomic regions undergoing nucleotide excision repair (NER). XR-seq captures and sequences oligonucleotides excised during NER, providing a genome-wide and high-resolution readout of DNA repair activity. These tracks provide complementary information for investigating the relationship between DNA repair activity and R-loop formation.
