Description

The genome was scanned with a 10-bp step sliding window. At each step, the window was extended 50 bp on both sides to form a 110-bp interval, and GC skew was calculated as (G−C)/(G+C). Adjacent windows with identical GC skew were merged into contiguous regions. As R-loop regions frequently exhibit positive GC skew, this track serves as one of the genomic features for assessing the reliability of R-loop formation.
