AT-skew (ATskew) Track Description


	Description The genome was scanned with a 10-bp step sliding window. At each step, the window was extended 50 bp on both sides to form a 110-bp interval, and AT skew was calculated as (A-T)/(A+T). Adjacent windows with identical AT skew were merged into contiguous regions.
