Regulator (Regulator) Track Description

Description

To better understand the regulatory roles of R-loop regulators, we characterized their targeted R-loops by leveraging existing functional genomics data. Differential R-loop peaks upon regulator knockdown are likely direct targets of the corresponding regulator. In addition, R-loops may be directly modulated through the chromatin or RNA binding activities of their regulators. Accordingly, we cataloged putative targeted R-loops for 116 validated R-loop regulators in human cells based on knockdown, ChIP-seq, or CLIP-seq data. Each peak name encodes the cell line of origin.
